General Terms of Use
By participating in the loyalty programme, customers acknowledge the terms & condition of the programme and adhere to the terms and conditions therein.

Sheldon Global Pte Ltd, otherwise known as HOUZE reserves all rights to modify or to add to the Terms & Conditions of this loyalty programme.

Points are reserved and accumulated for a period of 12 months and will refresh automatically after. Any unused points will be forfeited after said period.

In order to maintain silver, gold, and platinum loyalty status, customers must ensure their account remains active by either making a minimum transaction of $50 annually or by accumulating multiple transactions totaling $50 or more.

How to Redeem Points
100 points = $1

Points are converted to cash and automatically applied during check out.
Customers have the option to uncheck the box to reserve points for the next use. (Refer image below for sample)

HOUZE-Mate Loyalty Status

Regular

All registered HOUZE mates sign-up to the loyalty programme are instantly given a regular status and are eligible to earn and redeem points.

Silver

Silver status will enjoy an additional 1% cash back reflected as points for every purchase on every regular or on sale item.
To achieve silver status, accumulate a spending of $300 within 12 months excluding return for refund orders.
In order to maintain loyalty status, customers must ensure their account remains active by either making a minimum transaction of $50 annually or by accumulating multiple transactions totaling $50 or more.

Gold

Gold status will enjoy an additional 2% cash back reflected as points for every purchase on every regular or on sale item.
To achieve Gold status, accumulate a spending of $500 within 12 months excluding return for refund orders.
In order to maintain loyalty status, customers must ensure their account remains active by either making a minimum transaction of $50 annually or by accumulating multiple transactions totaling $50 or more.

Platinum

Platinum status will enjoy an additional 3% cash back reflected as points for every purchase on every regular or on sale item.
To achieve platinum status, accumulate a spending of $1000 within 12 months excluding return for refund orders.
In order to maintain loyalty status, customers must ensure their account remains active by either making a minimum transaction of $50 annually or by accumulating multiple transactions totaling $50 or more.
