All orders are processed and then delivered to you within the next 2-4 working days* after placing a successful order. We will keep you informed on the status of your order diligently.**

Should your order not meet your satisfactory standards, we are here to assist you! You may return the item provided that:
- You initiate a return within three (3) days from the time you receive your item(s), which will be at your own cost
- The item(s) must be returned to us in the original packaging, unused and undamaged
- Sales items are not eligible for a refund
The total refundable amount will exclude delivery fees, as the delivery already took place and duly paid.
HOUZE reserves the right to refuse any return if the item(s) does not meet all stated conditions above.
